Were you ever a fan of Girlschool perchance, now there was an all girl band out of time, not many folk like them these days but man in the 70's and 80's they were something else.

Agreed. She is quite nice looking. Don't know why, but she reminds me of an improved Brittany Spears look. Great voice too.

Girlschool I know of the classic rock girl band from the late 70`s and early 80`s and most likely have seen Girlschool at a music festival over the years although i`m probably a decade or two younger than their main fanbase.

You know, I have never liked Britney's voice but for the life of me I can never understand why some folk repeatedly refer to her as being anything other than very pretty. She's not to my liking by a long shot but I simply must accept the reality that she is a fine looking woman, now dear Morgan is simply more petulant which I always find most desirable in a woman, too young for an old git like myself but I am able to admire her from afar. :good:

Yes, I too am a little too young to really be a part of the real Girlschool fanbase but certainly not too young to appreciate the difference their music made in the Female rock scene. They're not to everyone's taste of course which would never be the case for any band but we really wouldn't have the like of Halestorm had it not been for the likes of Girlschool. Did you ever see them on stage with Lemmy, man I thought I had died and gone to Heaven when Lemmy walked onto the stage at the Lyceum with Girlschool, we had no idea Lemmy was going to be there, what a brilliant night that was.

You know I honestly hate hating on bands but this one....oh Halestorm...

My first big live concert was Avenged Sevenfold back in 2009 right before the Rev passed away. Gwen Stacy came out first (great set btw), then came Halestorm right after and before sevenfold. This girl comes out screaming so loud you would think she was getting mugged. Almost made my ears bleed. They then had a drum solo which was cool in my opinion. Then before the last four of every song she would ask if we ready for sevenfold teasing us and making us listen to more of their songs. Needles to say I hated this experience.

Then 1 year later I donated blood and got free xfest tickets and a vip bracelet for a secret show...that show was Halestorm. ... Not a good band in my opinion.

I have not seen them live of course, it has been a good many years since I last went to a gig, it's all part of the show with some bands, admittedly some can get a bit carried away which can make them come across quite childish, sounds like this was the case in that scenario, sorry your experience wasn't a good one, may your next gig experience be the best one ever. :drinks:

That track is so awesome, gets my goat up the way so many so many Metallers knock her for her attitudes and her behaviour, this girl is so freaking Metal it makes my fillings buzz..
