Hi all,
I've just landed here and will start having a look, I have already read FAQs and guidelines, I'm not sure how quality posts are evaluated and where can I see them flagged, if in a particular month you don't reach your target, will you get a reminder? That would be very handy. Or is there a page where this can easily be checked? Well, maybe these are just silly questions and I'm sure I'll find out the answers once I read a bit of the forums, but if anyway has time to answer, I thank you in advance.

Have a nice day and thanks!

Hi, the evaluation of quality posts is very easy and quick, we just check if the post consist of grammar, punctuation and if it contributes to the topic, i.e. you give your opinion and discuss with other users.

@"fletcherlynd" The post you made in your Welcome OP was great quality. It had a good length to it and there was some real discussion in it. So far I've seen really good quality posts from you.

Also thank you for reading all of the info. That was a really good start. :)

We do check the maintenance posts every month and if some of the posts are skipped then the VPS gets to be suspended. If all of the posts are completely skipped without any real reason then the VPS gets completely suspended with no second chance. We don't send any warnings. It is your responsibility to make the 20 maintenance posts every month. Probably a good idea to make it a habit to make one post a day - that way you'll never forget. We don't expect the same high quality for the maintenance posts as the posts for getting a VPS, however spammy one-liner type posts that don't make a contribution to the discussion will be removed and that will naturally reduce the number of the posts.

Great! Thank you very much for the explanation, really helpful! I haven't reached the target for VPS yet, but this will give me time to read through the instructions and manuals. The 20 posts a month seem a reasonable target to meet, thanks for the tip about a message a day, I'll keep that in mind and try to follow it!

Cheers!
