Just to let you know that you will be only able to manage the cPanel. Your friends wouldn't be able to do that.

Welcome @"l33cher"! If you want to share it with friends I would suggest making a site with Wordpress, or another CMS and making your friends admin users on there. If your friends want to use the cPanel they should apply for their own hosting accounts.
