How do I apply for a free VPS server

HI, guys! I am a newbie. I read from the first webpage that I have to be a member of the community and post about 20 posts before I can qualify for a free vps server. Where are the specific rules? and how do i do it?

@pensos If you check the accouncements you will notice that hosting was stopped two years ago. The owner is thinking of restarting it, but we haven't heard details yet. So for now Gigarocket doesn't offer hosting. We are waiting to hear from the owner whether he will be doing this in the near future.
