it is very hard to read your posts when they are line by line, but i assume that you want a web page with javascript?

this means that you have to design a html + css website that will have content during the day and javascript to switch off the website during the night by displaying that image.

You could use codepen.io to try to find similar script in JavaScript then alter it to your needs.
