How do I upload files?

I have used FTP and hosting sites before but I don't know where the link to my cPanel is to upload. Any help?

Mark this as solved please as I found the forum with the info I needed :)

For anyone else having trouble just add /cpanel to the end of your url

It's in the hosting support section (this one) that says you need to read all of the stickies first. :p

OK, at least I get the honour of changing your status to Hosted Member. Un4saken must have left that for me to do. :p

I am having trouble accessing the cpanel as it wont load up and neither will the link with the port at the end. Heres the error I get:

Giving Opera a shot now as I logged in on my phone yet using Firefox and IE (hate it too) it wouldn't load.

EDIT: Just checked with Opera and got the same screen. Maybe my IP is blocked? I tried logging in when I pc had the chance and it kept timing out then stopped letting me get to the login panel

It is now letting me to the panel but saying the login is invalid when i copied exactly what i was given

Nevermind the username had a capital D that was causing the issue. I thought it was the password as theres not usually an issue with usernames being case sensitive but at least your security is tight :p
