[How to] create and Install a self-signed SSL certificate

Hello!
I'm here to teach you on how to create and install a self-signed SSL certificate on your cPanel. Please pursue the following steps accordingly.
To create a self-signed SSL certificate:
  1. Login to your cPanel
  2. Go to Security and click SSL/TLS Manager
  3. On SSL/TLS ManagerCertificates (CRT) and click the "Generate, view, upload, or delete SSL certificates."[/*]
  4. Scroll down, find the Generate a New Certificate", fill all the required fields below and click Generate button.


To install a self-signed SSL certificate:

  1. cPanel
  2. SecuritySSL/TLS Manager
  3. On SSL/TLS ManagerInstall and Manage SSL for your site (HTTPS) and click the Manage SSL sites.
  4. Scroll down and find the "Install an SSL Website, select your domain, click "Autofill by Domain and finally, click the Install Certificate button below.

For the record note that Gigarank doesn't have this feature in its cPanel. In other words this tutorial can't be used until we do have that feature.

Oh... my previous web hosting company was offered SSL certificate so I thought Gigarank too provide this so I made this post.
