My client needs that for his website, so potential clients could instantly calculate estimated price for his services.

This really depends on the service. It also depends on what kind of script he wants.
I could give a script, but then it might not be of any use to what he wants.

He offers several services (3), with a few variations (choices). Each service has its base price, service variations have an additional cost.
Now the potential client/customer when visits his website, must have the ability to choose services and service variation/choice and immediately to calculate the prices.

Yeah, but is there any pre-made scripts? I found a few useful tutorials, but no such script so far, except a few online services ...

Here's the lowdown: You have to make it yourself, as most pre-made scripts simply do not have the functions you want. Those that do, are not usable due to copyrights or require editing anyway.
Also, learning how to make it means that if the script does fail, at least you know how to fix it in that event.
