is my website DurgaPuja2013 is visible from your end?

since i cant open my site,

for testing i try to install wordpress in my subdomain http://blog.durgapuja.com
its give me error
Code:

i ping my website server response good (better than any paid hosting i bet)

both domain n subdomain work from here.
but your domain is heavy to load in slow internet connection. maybe you need optimize your images.

your domain have not good score tested with gtmatrix.com

i tried with different laptops once i can see my home page :huh: when i tried to login in wordpress it shows error

yesterday when i test also like that, need to submit 2 - 3 times to get the result page :)

Are you using a .htacces file? If yes, whats in it?

Please tell me that you didn't CHMOD every file/folder to 0777.

.htacces i never edit / write anything
better-wp-security plugin installed long day back may be this plugin restric .htacces editing
still im trying fix the problem :(

cant restore my backup by filezilla :(

i have full backup of my site

can u pls help me, i just logging to server via filezilla if i delete all files and folders and then re-upload my backup, its will work, can anyone guide me step-by step
