Just to ask is there some new infortmation?

I'm not feeling comfortable to ask this, I feel like I put some pressure on you, but since I have three important websites hosted with you, two as Free hosted and one Premium ... I just have to ask, will we be informed (by email etc) once their back ...or should we inquire our selves?

I'm sorry to be the messenger of the bad news. Can't say it in different words and you have every right to ask questions. All work done after May 2015 is GONE.

What happened was the unthinkable. Our WHM disks and the back up disks at the Data Center failed at the same time. A one in a million occurrence. Like almost impossible for that to happen. And it happened.

For your free hosting I'll check when your account was created for you. And recreate it if you want me to do so. For the premium accounts you have to wait for an announcement from un4saken. He needs to provide you access and then you need to work it out with him and DJB by ticket.

As you can well imagine this experience shattered all of us. We worked so hard on Gigarank and were so excited about the new look Forum too. Like pulling the carpet from right under our feet.

OK I got my free Hosting back ...Now I have to wait for the Premium one to be recreated also.

This waht happened, teach us once again ... BACK UP!!!! REGULAR BACK UP!!! ...
Always back up EVERYTHING! It is better to spend a couple of hours backing up files and data ... then sit down and cry! ...ha.

Excellent point Misharnet. I SO MUCH regret I didn't back up my one WordPress site. I'm cutting my visit to Oman short by one day so I can find out what I have. I did make a backup with duplicator, but just before I started a mailing list project. At least the backup should have the plugin I used in it and all updates since May, but I'm now totally impatient to get home so I can assess how much needs to be done to get it all back together again.
