For those who aren't already familiar, Roundcube is a webmail client and it's something I haven't personally used to it's full potential until recently.
There seems to be some growing useage and open source support happening around Rolundcube, it's fully skinrnable, and there are plugins available, although I did have some difficulty installing certain ones, but still ultimately did get them installed and deployed.
Right now as it stands, I have a pretty cool custom skinned Roundcube installation (not the standard install included as an available option next to Horde & Squirrel Mail in cPanel) and with a filter plugin to allow me to automatically sort incoming messages to their proper folder(s) and a mobile friendly theme that's responsive, so I can access my webmail via a mobile device URL.
It's pretty cool, I must say, and I think there's even more potential here.
I'd love to hear what you think of Roundcube, if you've had good success with it, or not, etc.
I do have an idea or two for a custom plugin to extend Roundcube's functionality even further.
Thoughts?
I forgot to mention that Roundcube also has a very simple, yet surprisingly handy Address Book that includes auto-complete in the To: field during message creation
