I recommend a website, it's called angel.co. It is a page where several start-ups from all over the world publish job vacancies, mainly in the technology area but there are also other areas. I think it is a very good opportunity for both companies and job seekers. It is also very attractive for workers who live in countries where wages in dollars are very low, since it allows them to access better economic conditions. The basic condition is that you know English since you will need it for most of the vacancies. A friend got a job through that page and her experience was very good, it caught my attention and that is why this time I recommend it. Greetings and good luck!

Hi Amohaded,

This is a really good tip! I will need to check this out! Do you have personal experience with this site? This could be a game-changer, especially now with the pandemic, people can work 100% remotely.

Do companies on the site hire entry-level programmers and provide training?

I am surprised. I was expecting postings for wages that only seemed good once you convert them to rupees or rubles, but the ones that I saw seem to be generous by US standards. Granted, I did not make an account and see if any of those listings are actually live or even real...
