As Gigagreg said it is important to know what the purpose of your rig is so you can get the ideal rig to receive the maximum performance.

Are you planning to build the PC or are you looking for ready made computers? This can affect the total cost of the PC.

No worries, its a monster pc at the end that would allow you to use this stupid Photoshop CC.

You could also get an AMD processor or AMD graphics card to save money since you are not using it for gaming.

The only problem with this is that it is using APU graphics which is what inbuilt Graphics that come with the CPU, basically not graphics card. You could buy this but you would need to buy a graphics card separate because you want to record and render objects which will require a powerful graphics card and the inbuilt one will not cut it I don't think.

Also buy additional RAM, because 8GB of RAM is not enough for the Photoshop and rendering at the same time. I know that from my own experience ;)

There is nothing wrong with an A10 APU, especially the A10-7850. Comes packed with the R7 and the CPU is a Quad core. Very reasonable. I have friends that game on A8s as well as A10 and they seem to do good for CoD: BO3.

I feel this this PC would be okay for you as it is decently priced as well as awesome specs. This will do what you need to do, plus some. No need to go crazy on CPU and GPU

I have a radeon HD 6570 that has 4g ram I could put in it

You could but it is quite old and I don't think it will quite cut it mainly for rendering and it may die out in the long run. You could go all in and get a AMD R9 390 which has 8GB VRAM or go to an older version which is the 290 which are both good for high resolutions hence why I got one. Just make sure you meet the requirements. Ultimately it is your choice.
