Just wondering whether any one here has experience with Lumia 1020 or have heard feedback? I seem to be in Nokia country here in Ruwi Muscat, Oman (probably should qualify that with Nokia product dumping country) now whereas in the UAE it's Samsung (product dumping). Tonight was able to check out Nokia Lumia - all of the Models from 520 to 1020. Any one got experience with Nokia Lumia? Thinking about it afterwards, just wondering whether I really need such a powerful camera. I'm quite happy with my pocket Canon Powershot 2400A 16 Mega Pixels and 5X optical zoom. So one of those 20 or 40$ Nokia light cameras would be OK just for phone and texting. But on the other hand, would be cool to be able to edit my photos immediately after I've taken them. Crop them and send them by phone or e-mail. And save them to a free Skydrive account. AND I'd be able to try Tapatalk out and see Gigalicous on a phone. The Nokia Lumia 1020 has 41 megapixels. I LOVE zoom. Always surprises me when I check my photos I've taken with Canon after I've taken them and see details I couldn't have seen with my naked eye.
Another cool piece of equipment I saw was a battery power disk. For recharging the phone battery in between. I guess with that kind of camera the Lumia 1020 would have to be charged a few times in a day to deal with the 41 megapixels photography?
