Main website is available again after unexpected downtime

We are sorry about the unexpected downtime event in our servers occurred recently (A few accounts were affected including our main website around 3 hours). Affected accounts are available again.


Downtime Reason: Some accounts were no longer accessable after the cPanel auto-upgrade which caused some system library files damaged.

Unexpected downtime events are closely monitored and analyzed by our technical staff to prevent re-occurrence in the future.

If I may ask. Has this got to do with the recent update to WHM? I.e. that page that came up and asked for modifications to be ticked?

Yeeees!!! I couldn't access the forum for the last 5 days and when I came back it showed an error. I started to worry. Glad things were fixed quickly!!! Keep up the great work guys and thanks again for creating this place we call home to our websites.

That is VERY strange tangledmemories. We were only down for three hours. Not sure how you could have been down for five days. :unknown:

I suspect that would have been a firewall issue.

I'm glad to see traffic again. Nothing gets me more despondent when it is too quiet around here.

I've just opened a new hosting account in cPanel after it went down yesterday, and it's in great shape. Thanks to un4saken! :drinks::drinks::drinks:
