Major CPanel Problems

I am having some major issues in my CPanel. It took me about 20 tries to upgrade my software via Softaculous, I was finally able to do that but then when I go back to the CPanel and try to use the Optimize Website function I get this:


Then I keep getting an error saying that I need to LOGIN again because my IP has change and I know for a fact that it hasn't. Also having trouble using FTP I have to disconnect from my VPN to use FTP but then I cannot do anything else because I do not get any data unless i'm connected to my VPN.

Is this just a temporary thing?
