You need to do that with your Domain registrar account. Not sure which Registrar you are with, but most of the good ones do it the same. Here is an example of a tutorial on how to do it. I'm sure if you Googled this for your Registrar that it would come up with a tutorial specifically for your Registrar. Otherwise ask your Registrar.

The masking has nothing to do with our name servers. Everything to do with your domain and your domain registrar. Maybe you need to check with your domain registrar?

Exactly what did you do when you were trying? Can you tell us the EXACT steps you took? Were they the same as the above YouTube Tutorial?

Unfortunately that isn't something we can solve. We can provide advice as per above, but the actual forwarding happens in your account with your Domain Registrar. If there are issues with it you need to take that up with your Domain Registrar.

ok, thank you!!

ps: another member gave me the hint, that my gigarank-account should be set-up with a sub-domain rather than my domain, that might do the trick!

@Recording.

This thread has run its course. As previously explained, masking has to be set up in your domain account and cannot be set up by us.

If you want to set up a different primary domain, can you please open a new support request and provide us with specific information as to what you want it to be.
