Massachusetts Towns dumping snow in harbor

Heard moans and groans in several forums about heavy snow fall in North East US. Looks as though environmentalists are taking issue with Massachusetts Towns who can't find enough space to dump their snow and are now looking at the ocean.

I don't know about every town, but for Boston it's only a last resort sort of measure, and they probably won't need to do it this winter.

True Yozora. Boston seems to be better prepared as your bigger cities usually are. The article referred to two towns. Can't remember the names. Their infrastructure is probably much more limited to dump snow.
