mbstring extension not installed...

i just try to install Dolphin from Softaculous....:yahoo:
everything goes right on installation.... :yahoo:
but.. when i go in dolphin area ( http://radionostalgia.tk/social ).....

mbstring extension not installed. Warning! Dolphin cannot work without mbstring extension.
Please go to the
Dolphin Troubleshooter
and solve the problem.

i google it for any solution..... and get.....

Talk to your hosting company. The server your attempting to install dolphin on does not meet the requirements to run dolphin.

i just wake up and see your message....
i try to connect to my site to see that you say.... and....... the site is down....AGAIN......
If its the same problem like yesterday....(block ip) i think i found the guilty software.... is the reload of mybb shoutbox....:diablo: :angry:

MySQL is down, a reboot should fix that, unless they recompiled something wrong on the server when they installed that thingy you asked for.

I took mysql down to fix something then fell asleep this morning. It was 5am. Everything is working well now. Sorry for the delay.
