I bought laptops Dells and i have gift from shop is key of Mcafee in 15 months.

Anybody can tell me this antivirus good or bad?

Agreed with igdesigner. I totally dislike McAfee. Here's the thing though, it seems to have great deals with hardware manufacturers and gets it loaded "for free". it came for free with my Toshiba Ultrabook last year, and it was the first software I deleted. It's always in my way. I wouldn't say Kaspersky is the ultimate, but it works for me. I've got Kasperksy on my home computer and my Toshiba laptop.

I rather spend some on upgrading pc/laptop than have vurnelable to viruses one.

We have - start - using and testing 360safe.com. they say that it have 3 detections engines bla bla bla. I don't promote it or saying that it is good, we are still in research but you can give it a try. It is free and does not requires much memory. If you use it please tell me your feedback.

My parent's computer came with McAfee but it soon expired so I installed Avast because I have heard it is good. I'm not too fond of the ads though. :undecided:

I would certainly agree to the bad anti-virus program. I have fixed a number of 'broken' computers by removing McAfee virus. I use the Microsoft malware suite, works quite well. And I DO go where I wish and look at what makes me curious.
