Merry Xmas to everyone as well. Hope it's a good one for you. What's the weather like where you are. I'm in the Southern Hemisphere at the moment and we're experiencing a BIG heat wave. I guess you must be experiencing the opposite?

Not as much as you would think. It's mostly 50s(10-15c) & 60s(16-20c) Fahrenheit during the day, though it can get colder at night. It's actually way warmer than it was a few weeks ago. I was watching a live stream of the New Year's celebration in New York City, and it was actually raining there. That surprised me. Usually it's very cold there around New Year's. I guess global warming is really kicking in...I hope we'll all be ok.

Definitely a much bigger problem I think than people realize. Like it's totally serious in the southern hemisphere. In South Africa the farmers haven't been able to plant anything. The farming hub of South Africa is almost like a desert. A week ago a locomotive got stuck because of sand that got blown on the tracks - that's unheard off. Australia has the same problem. Of course lots of fires happen when it is so hot as well. Everything dries up and is like kindle when any kind of storm happens.

That's awful! Darn it, I guess it's still getting way hotter than normal anywhere you go then. I hate what global warming is doing to our planet, and that it just seems to be getting worse and worse. It feels almost like early Summer in the DC area right now. As much as snow can be a pain, I'd prefer it to experiencing nearly year-round Summer with blips of Winter temperatures/snow.

The weather is supposed to be cooler in winter, but this time round it's pretty warm.
