Sorry to be rude, but It doesn't matter in your case as you don't make an effort to get a free vps, your posts are under quality. You put a lot of emoticons and make a lot of offtopic threads which are equivalent and don't needed, they just fill up the forum without a reason.
Genesis warned you already about making quality posts. Which means that if you carry on "rushing" for the vps, you might lose that privilege. However, you need to have a running shared free hosting account and you have to show us that you can maintain your hosting clearly, but I have noticed that you have moved your "hosting" site to another host, so technically you don't own any website on Gigarank servers.
Clearly on the screenshot provided you can see that you need to make 100 Quality posts in order to apply. Most of your already written posts are not quality at all.
The point I am trying to make, is that you need really to focus on your writing and put some effort, without it you wouldn't get anywhere to be honest.
