Anyway, combining the drawn and graphic elements is a bad idea, then the stroke with the letters is also worth drawing

So if I uderstand what you mean, if letters are also drawn instead of using fonts, that would be ok?

The logo in the form of a picture is difficult to place anywhere, I especially imagine it on the site.
As for the second option - the combination is not entirely successful and the illustration still did not cease to be an illustration due to the black fill

Something that you should have in mind when designing a logo.
1) It should be readable at the minimum size you'll be using it. i.e. If you use it as your avatar, the head is right but the text won't be readable. In that case you must have the option of a logo without the text.
2) If you will use it on printed paper, it should be capable of being printed in black and white without the colors and without gradients.

The monochrome quality of the modern version's person silhouette makes a bit hard to tell what it is. My first thought was that it looked like a Picasso painting... Maybe consider simplifying it a bit if possible?

Yes, I also realized that. I've enlarged the icon, and placed it before the letters. Thanks for the suggestion.
