Hi Guys,

I am having a little trouble with my VPS. I cannot get a new password for my account, because the admin panel virtualizor is not responding and it don't want to send me an email.

Hi iG. Have you remembered to add @gigarocket.net with your user name? I.e.

Login: igdesigner@gigarocket.net
Password: yourpassword

I checked Virtualizor and it works OK with me.

I had an account with my email from the paid account which is maksifron@gmail.com, but hence I forgotten my password, I cannot access the account and I cannot get new one, because the system don't let me. I have tried many times, but it lags on my internet.

Maybe it is your browser?some browsers maybe slow/unresponsive in some tasks you preform for example internet explorer can not handle some stuff that google chrome can

No, not really to be honest. It was something with the access panel, but thanks for hints
