Need backup

Can anyone teach me

I have cpanel hosting website say "abc.com" in 'x' hosting provider

i need to migrate that abc.com to another 'y' hosting provider as addon domain

how it'll possible, i have cpanel access

For the domain, I think you just need to change the nameservers, right? For the content, cpanel should have an icon saying something like "Backups". If you click on that, it should show you how to make a backup. Then go to the backups area on "y" hosting's cpanel, and look for something like "Restore from backup".
