You're right Leetkrew. If you read the announcements you'll see that we've had a bad experience with having both our hosting accounts and backup drives nuked by the Data Center. A one in a million event. I've created a new account for you with the same details as you have now. Just use the details you have and you should be able to log into your account.

Note that it will be an empty account with added space and bandwidth as compensation for losing the contents.
