First guess is that the name servers of hydrac.cz.cc need to be updated. You need to go into your hydrac.cz.cc domain account, and point the name servers to Gigalicous:
NameServer1: ns1.gi9.co
NameServer2: ns2.gi9.co

Can you delete my hosting and register me again but with a .tk domian?

Hydra, are you OK now, as I've just tried your cPanel access, but it doesn't seem to be working. Hydra.tk doesn't seem to be working. Have you registered the domain, and have you set the hydra.tk nameservers at dot.tk to point here?

@hydra I've just checked at dot.tk, and hydra.tk has not been registered to any user. It's for sale only, and still available but at a huge price.

At any rate, this explains why you have not been able to get into your cpanel. You have to give us a domain that belongs to you.

@un4saken I've merged the two support threads, as the password request was basically because Hydra could not access cpanel, because of the domain problem. I.e. he/she provided us with a name that has not been registered yet.

OK Hydra, to help you with a .tk domain, I've registered hydrac.tk for you. As previously mentioned, the domain you provided to us - hydra.tk - was unregistered, but available at a huge price - 298USD. Hopefully hydrac.tk is OK for you, as it is free. However, if you want to change it, let us know.

So your new domain name is hydrac.tk, and your cPanel access is:

The password is the new one I sent to you earlier by PM. I checked and that works as well.

I've fixed the name servers of the domain - hydrac.tk. I registered the domain under my own name a year ago, let me know whether you want to continue to use it. In which case I'll renew it when it becomes due in July.
