Parallax Scrolling

There is something I've used before its called parallax scrolling! ever heard of it? if so what do you think of it?

Parallax scrolling is just one page design with a menu fixed top.

To me, some of it is cool and some of it is a little too much. Maybe more about the design itself rather than the content of the site. Although I won't fault anyone who just likes to watch things move around on the screen.

I've used to have a parallax scrolling portfolio, but not anymore... and I am thinking about going back to it as one page website, but I don't have time at the moment to complete my website.
