PayPal halts operations in Turkey

How stupid is this? Turkish government wants to track all transactions and issue taxes and ofcourse PayPal doesn't want to share their data with them. Unfortunately they will stop their operations in a week.

I'm pretty sure It's already happening... Money transfer (domestic and international) is under close surveillance...
