Yep, I certainly did! Gigalicous got hit. Lost a couple of page 1 rankings, they are on page 2. I`m not all that worried as I know I will be able to regain those rankings reasonably quick.

A couple of my other sites gained rankings!

I`m currently going through all the clients websites at work, to check if any of them have been hit I`m going to be very busy this week!

One thing I have noticed though there are A LOT of irreverent websites rankings for phrases that they should not be ranking for, in some cases not even in that industry. Which is very annoying, what the hell are Google playing at?

If you have been keeping your ear to the ground in webmaster / SEO forums, you'll see it has affected more than 1% websites and search queries. A lot more.

You're right Sitebee. My traffic from SE has been decrease more than 17% seeing on the google webmaster. Damn....!

Looks like I sold my 18+ sites and my proxy site just in time. So I have more time for my plugins and themes site.

Wonder whether it's luck though as just noticed you're not one for reciprocal links, so whatever you're not doing for SEO that everyone else is doing, who had "bad luck" happening to them, may have been the answer?

So what are you not doing SEO wise that every one else is doing? OK to make this question simpler:

1. Are you using Facebook and Twitter to promote your Websites?
2. Do you have blogs attached to your Websites?
3. Do you have reciprocal back links?
4. Etc.

I haven't noticed it just yet, because my proper website was submitted like a week ago into Google, so I haven't seen any changes.
