While searching the forum I did not find a whole lot of technical information regarding gigarank's paid hosting services. Since I paid on a Basic plan two days ago and its status is 'pending', when should I expect the account to be established?

Accounts are created automatically when you pay for it. Let us investigate why it wasn't created and check the payment details. Therefore, please open a support ticket in your client area.
