How far did you go with those steps to create your PTR Record. Exactly what did you do, and how did you discover this is a problem that can only be solved by the host? I see nothing of that in your inquiry, so your inquiry will go unanswered until you provide us with full information.

He might mean,in the "email deliverability" section,a message shows,saying to contact the host to set up the proper PTR record.
The photo attached is the steps that how I reproduced the message.(The UI is in Chinese,but key sections are in English,And as the website speed is slow in China I used VPN.)
