Reapply for Free Hosting Resource

Are any other gigarank member that are banned or not allowed to access a (Free) service from gigarank and applied again?
I have already tried the Free Hosting Resource and I'm satisfied with it, but got banned because of inactivity.

You've done this twice though. First in 2013 - we opened it for you again, and then you repeated this in 2014.

Suggest you make five or more posts (excluding the application for an account), once the posts have been made you can then apply for a hosting account again.
