I have this same issue

can not connect remotely to mysql

any idea's?

Can you please provide more information about your specific case. Which database are you referring to? Is it for your shared hosting account or VPS? What are you trying to do and what error messages are showing?

Nope i still have the same or similair issues phpMyAdmin

Access denied in the tiltle bar, but nothing in my window
PrestaShop comes back with the follwing

Database Server is not found. Please verify the login, password and server fields (DbPDO)
DB Username: fatjay_PrestaShopDB_test

could the username lenght create the issue?

Try using hero.gigadnsserver.com as the server, if it doesn't work try using your domain name.
