Request to close the free hosting account (Bought paid hosting)

Thank you very much for offering free hosting for more than 6 months. One of my team members has bought the "basic paid hosting package" and hence I request you to close the free hosting account assosiated with the following,

cPanel Username: penguin
URL: playstationindianetwork[dot][com]



Also I would like to know if I can access support request for the new account using this same forum id. Thanks.

Your account (including files,emails etc) will be deleted from our server. Do you confirm?


Ofcourse you can use this forum ID for your support requests but i recommend you to use the ticket system which is for paid customers.
