A couple of weeks back I treated myself to a retro super nintendo console with a bunch of games. This week I have also treated myself to a old skool Sega master system 2 console with some games from Ebay. Do you guys still own any retro games consoles?

The Sega Master System, next on the cards is a Sega Megadrive.

The Sega Master System is a little faulty, well for a console over 20 years old, it's too be expected. I'll give it some TLC.

I definitely enjoy retro gaming! I have a PSP that I moded and have loaded tons of NES, SNES, Sega, PSX, Gameboy, and N64 games to so whenever I get the itch I have as much in one place as possible, and it's travel sized! lol

I first saw the Atari in the 80's I was mesmerised by the awesome games far and above anything we could do with the computers of the timeframe; nothing could touch the TIA.:shock:

I remember playing adventure games via Teletype (which was awesome) and even Lunar lander; monochrome games via VDT or CRT weren't much beyond this back then. :yahoo:

By the 90's other companies had copied the design, adding fantastic accelerator chips for graphics and sound:good:
