Thanks for getting gigarank back as far you did. You all must be frazzled.

Looks like I have the same problem as everyone else who applied for free web host account between May 2015 and yesterday - free web host account (rrroberts.gi9.co) is completely gone. I have backups, so upload is not a problem.

I realize this is a low priority compared to restoring gigarank itself, but could you all recreate my free web host account - rrroberts.gi9.co ?

Sorry to be a pest -

When I try log in with FileZilla (using new password), receive message
Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".

Just for grins, used FileZilla to log in at another ftp site, no problem.

So I tried http://ftp.rrroberts.gi9.co/ (that is correct?)

Can you work direct with cPanel and the File Manager in cPanel? That File Manager is really good these days. Just until the Filezilla issue has been sorted out.

This is probably for un4saken to investigate. But I wonder whether it could be something to do with DNS as well. Like you need to flush DNS get rid of cookies etc. And even then it may take a little while for the DNS to get the message.
