I`ve just been reading this article and find it quite sickening that the police / government of the Philippines to carry out such disgusting acts

You will also found this events when visiting my country. But they arent place into jail like this pict. They still nurtured and taught to stay in school. Many volunteers are ready to help the existence of these children.
