Sites are all gone, can't get into client area, and last thread was removed?!

hello,
I recently discovered that all of the sites on my small hosting account are down, with DNS errors. I've tried to login to the client area to submit a ticket, and i get an error there as well ("Site error: the file /home/gigalico/public_html/client/clientarea.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.5.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the ionCube Loader Wizard to assist with installation.").

I posted about this the other day, got one reply saying I'd have to wait till the morning for more info, and now i see that that thread is no where to be found. When I went to view all my threads, through my profile, it's not there... nor is it when i manually searched through this board. Can anyone explain what is going on, where my sites are, and when I should expect them to be corrected? I have clients who are NOT happy.

Yes, i tried right when i wrote this thread. client area wont work, and when i go to my domain urls, i get

"This webpage is not available

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

when i try to go to cpanel, i get the same as above.. and same when i try to put /wp-admin .. I have not changed a single thing with my gigarank account, nor domain settings... and I am on auto-pay, so am current on that. It's like my entire account was removed or something. Which still wouldn't explain the weird error i get when I click on the client area. It doesnt even take me to a spot to enter login credentials-- it just goes to that error i posted in the first thread, upon clicking.

I got in straight away.

It's obviously a cookie cache issue. Maybe you need to get a new IP with your WiFi?

Once you're in, you need to address your issues in a ticket. I can help with free hosting, but un4saken and DJB are the experts on premium hosting accounts.
