Some misunderstanding regarding number of required posts for FreeVPS

Hello.
I have a question regarding number of required posts for FreeVPS. Here is said "make 50 forum posts." and Here in thread "Free VPS Hosting Applications (click here to apply)" is said: "you have made 100 Quality Posts". Which is true?
(Sorry for my English please).

100 quality posts. Over a decent period of time. First you have to make 10 posts so you can get a free hosting account. Then show evidence of your expertise in building a Website while you are making the balance of the 100 posts.
