ok thank you very much.

as u said that if i upload index page then only 403 error wont show up

but it was not like that before. we can still see index page i.e cgi-bin when we open subdomain in browser when new subdomain was created. it should not show 403 error. but it shows 403 error.

by the way its good thing that it shows 403 error. it will keep our files protected from viewing to others if we upload files without index page.

only a owner can download if he knows correct path and name of file.

thank you very much @"un4saken"

From my understanding, when you create the new subdomain, it creates a new folder under that name, That fold is exactly the same as the Public_html folder. Well, that is how it has worked on the servers I have created them on. I think you are also asked what folder you want them to have access to when you create the FTP account. Its been awhile since I played with it. Also, if we wanted to hide the content of any folder, we put a blank index file in it so no one can see the content of the folder.
