Been wondering can we have a forum app. Well we can't stay at our PC forever but we can have our phone everytime. Yes we can access it via our phone browsers but its not user friendly at all.

It would be very usefull to have a app, or atleast a bit more responsiveness in the site. quite a few times i have only had my phone with me to access the site and its not the easiest but still possible. one thing that i think is really needed is to be able to click on the page number of a thead before you are on the page as you can do it on desktop but not on mobile. like this:

Gigarank is working on responsiveness as a project. It's going a bit slow as problem is quite a bit of the Forum has been hand coded. But I'm sure we'll get there some day. So for now Tapatalk is what we've got.

I was wondering whether in addition to Tapatalk you could experiment with alternative browsers - there may be a browser specially designed for mobile phones that do better for Forums?

I'm a Smart Phone phobe, got one for the first time in June with a separate SIM that I play with now and then, and am using the Dolphin browser for android phones. I've also heard Opera-mini is very good. There may be even better ones than those around.

I haven't used or even heard much of TapaTalk but I'll download it tonight and give it a go @"Genesis".

Because I have a phone with a fairly large screen it is still quite easy for me to browse websites because it can fit a lot more on the screen. But I can see the problem with people using smaller screens because everything will be trying to fit on the screen.

In that case it's about to make a huge difference. Not perfect yet, but at least one doesn't have to scroll horizontally any longer.

Nexus 6 is googles phone and one of the phone that have the most latest version of android. Google released the latest version of android to their nexus phones before the other manufacturer of phone receives it.
