tablet or ultrabook; recommendation ?

I currently have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (Verizon), a Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet, and the Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus. I find that they all have their specific place in my stable of mobile devices. I am not a fan boi, just happen to have them as that is what work gave me. I love all 3 devices as they work well for what they are intended. The ATIV Book 9 Plus is an amazing laptop, super fast, touch screen, etc. My only grip is the weight. It is a bit heavy, but being so slim, and fast, I very quickly got over the extra weight. I use it all the time. The screen is extremely sharp. I would have one of each, as they all have their uses. Netflix streaming is awesome on the tablet. Reading news, etc is also great on the tablet. The phone is used for emails and calls when I am out and about. The laptop does the big jobs (Remote desktop and excel get used a ton). Plus, the Samsung line all syncs together well.

Recently CPU power is not so big deal. If it is SSD, not HDD, you would be satisfied.
