The logs/stats are not being collected

They run every 24 hours. If you want to run it manually, you need to hit "Update now" button in Awstats page and wait for a couple of hours.

As you can see, logs are generating by the server, It may take some time.

When I hit "Update now" the time updates but no stat is added. It's as if I had zero visitors but I know that is not the case because I visited the website earlier today and it worked fine. Normally I get 100+ unique visitors per day.
If I click "Latest Visitors" from the CPanel I'm normally able to see logs of my visitors right after they visit without any noticeable delay. These logs are reset daily a short while before the automatic daily update of AWStats. Since yesterdays update nothing has been added. It just says "None of your domains have recent visitor statistics to display". The "Raw Access Logs" has also not been updated. That is why it looks to me as if it doesn't collect any stats at all.
