Too many redirects?

I am having issues with my blog. I have a redirect from the website straight to the blog.
Its worked good up to date.
Today it will not goto the blog saying there is too many redirects to the server.

Its been working for a few days now and just today it started.

I removed the redirect from the main to the wordpress. Its still not working. I've tried the add www to the wp site url , nothing.
I can access pages like.
http://pel.gi9.co/wp/affiliates/
Just not the wp front page.

I found a tip to edit the .htacces on the worpress but I can't find the wp rules line.

It says to place it over. #begin wp. That line is not there

In your .htacess make redirect to /wp directory or files from /wp move to main public_html folder.

It works now like tapanb said. I can close this thread now.
