TPL template files?

Hi mates,

I have downloaded a script and the template files are .TPL, whats that and how do I create new template files like that?

When you open your code editor, just simply when saving a document add a .tpl extension to that file. There is no other way to make that file.

It looks like basic HTML in Notepad++.

I believe its simple a temporary file extension, extension can simply be overridden by many extensions, I suggest trying the most popular ones first (.html, .php or .asp). :smile:

this not extension like that.
it used by smarty classes just like include() in php
