Bouncers are people that visit your website, but leave again within 30 seconds.

Aha. Get it now. I'm used to bouncers that kick you out of pubs. This is a new kind of bouncer then.

No, they don't register. They visit, don't see what they look for or don't like your design and click back in their browser.

AWstats logs them.

Hmmm ..... so one probably has to look at grabbing their attention for those few seconds they're around. Wonder whether one could have a page ready for those who are visitors only that immediately goes to an announcement like "Win a VPS Server" ... or some special offer?
