Trello- An amazing organizational tool

Trello is a very handy organizational tool that can be applied to almost any project. The way it works is you can make cards with information and then move them around to different columns. This can be used to make to-do lists and then move them across statuses, which is exactly what I do. However, it could be simply used for manually recording whatever information. The cards can include many details, here is what you can add to cards:
  • Members
  • Labels
  • Checklists
  • Due Dates
  • Attachments
That's right, you can add members too! The collaboration feature is amazing, as two people can have their own columns of cards. The possibilities are endless. And if you're worried about what your team mates might do with your board, there is a ranking system as well. Although the ranking system isn't that elaborate, it still gets the job done pretty well.

I highly encourage this tool because of how much easier it has made my life. There is a premium option but everything I just talked about is free.

If you'd like to see an example, here is the one for a rewrite of one of my games

Hi,

I use it in my work, it is really very useful and it have free plan and it is very fine.

It really helps to order many things: ideas, tasks, etc. And the best thing is that it can be shared (collaborative work) and exchange comments about some task.

An example of use is when working with SCRUM. I really recommend this tool a lot.

Best regards

Yes, I love Trello. I not only have used it myself and use it daily, but have recommended to so many folks for each to-do workflow organization. Trello is a terrific tool for project management and task management. The visual Kanban boards are flexible, shareable, and let you pack a ton of detail into each card.

There is this good article on LifeHacker on How to Organize Your Entire Life with Trello

I've been using Trello as a collaborative workspace in my job as well. Quite easy to use and navigate. Though it runs into the usual issue of getting clogged up quite quickly if people aren't managing it effectively. It definitely needs a little oversight.
