Trouble adding an add-on domain

Hi there! I am trying to add a new website domain to my hosting, but keep getting the error:


Can you please help me?

I have checked that the DNS servers are set up correctly at Namecheap, and this is not my first addon domain (the first one I added a few months ago worked fine).

It looks like there's no nameserver setup in your domain. Please login to your registrar panel and setup nameservers.

ns1.gigadnsserver.com and ns2.gigadnsserver.com

Is that the namecheap registar panel? Because I did that and yes those are the nameservers I copied and pasted in there.

This problem is still not resolved. Can someone please help me or direct me to what to do next?

Hi Caroline. Sorry to hear about your problem.

Can you check please as this is what you've added for your name servers (at your domain Registrar):
Name Server: nd1.gigadnsserver.com
Name Server: nd2.gigadnsserver.com

It should be ns1.gigadnsserver.com and ns2.gigadnsserver.com (not nd1 and nd2)
