I was very active on other forums (which I was a moderator for) and we had a section for tutorials. This could range anywhere from how to make a theme in Wordpress, how to install Gateway software, how to create and run a VM. The list goes on and on.
Just a suggestion. I am not sure who all would be willing to create these.
I do have a few that I wrote many years ago that are still handy today that I could include.
If you feel you have a really worthwhile tutorial to contribute that isn't readily available elsewhere on the Web, then it is always easy to post it to the appropriate forum for that subject.
Not sure whether you read our Forum rules but we're pretty strict about copy paste at Gigarank, including copying and pasting from the author's own Website. It's not a problem when the content of the tutorial is put in quote tags and the source given, but I find that with tutorials there is a tendency to go for copy paste. Particularly for beginners who are looking for an easy route to score posts.
In the old days writing tutorials worked out OK, but these days it's so easy to Google solutions and there are always tutorials available when one does this. However, as I've mentioned before, if you feel you have something unique to contribute that has not been covered anywhere else before, then feel free to post it to the corresponding sub-forum.
